Privacy and Dispute Policy
At Wave, we recognize the importance of privacy to visitors of our Web site. This privacy policy explains what type
of information is collected from you when you visit our Web site or subscribe to our services and how that information may be used.
Gathering of Information. Wave collects personally-identifying information (such as your name, e-mail address, address,
telephone number and/or credit card or bank information) only if you voluntarily choose to provide that information. Wave asks
visitors to provide certain personal information when they submit a queston or a request for information about Wave services.
Any information given when you submit a question or request services remains private. Like most other web servers, Wave's
Web server automatically creates log files for each visitor who accesses the site. These "access logs" allow us to make
our site more useful to visitors. The access logs do NOT record a visitor's name, address, phone number, credit card numbers,
or any other personally-identifying information (see below regarding billing informatiuon). Rather, the logs contain the following information:
- The Internet Protocol Address (IP Address) of the machine which accessed our Web site.
- The date of the visit.
- The time of the visit.
- The path taken through our Web site.
- The browser being used.
- A list of pages viewed. Any errors encountered.
Cookies. Wave uses "cookies" to store information abour your browsing sessions. A cookie is a string of characters
written to a file on the your computer. Only the web site which sets the cookie can read it, and it is only used as a
record keeping device to store information about your visit. It is not used to read or obtain other information from your computer.
If you wish to prevent or delete certain or all cookies being stored on your computer you may disable or delete them usig your browser's
preferences and settigs. Refer to your browser's support pages to learn how to do this.
Use of Information. The use of personally-identifying information is limited to responding to visitor requests, customer billing inquiries, and such
other purposes specified at the time the information is gathered. Personally-identifying information collected by Wave
is not provided to outside parties except that Wave may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if
it believes that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law or with legal process, (b) protect against misuse
or unauthorized use of the Wave Web Site, or (c) protect the personal safety or property of Wave Web Site visitors, the
public or Wave and its employees.
Security. Wave has in place what we believe to be appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard
and secure the information we collect online. Login credentials and communications for our billing system are only submittted
by you and retrieved by Wave over a port protected with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
Children. You must be over the age of eighteen years to submit information to Wave or subscribe to our services.
Corrections to Personal Data; Opting Out. Please Contact Us to a) correct or update any personal information in the Wave
database that you state is erroneous, b) opt-out of future communications from Wave or c) request Wave to make reasonable
efforts to remove your personal information from the Wave database. Understand it may be impossible to immediately delete
all personal information because of its presence on backup records.
Billing and Service Subscribers. If you order or subscribe to services from Wave, you will be required to sign a service agreement detailing the terms and
conditions applicable to those services. Once you subscribe, you will be given a customer portal link where you can register to (a) monitor your billing activities,
(b) make payments, (c) set up, cancel, or change automatic payments, (d) submit trouble tickets, or (e) request additional services. Service cancellation and Wave's
refund policies (if applicable to your service) are set forth in your written service agreement with Wave.
Disputes and Complaints. On the rare occassion when you may have a service or billing dispute or complaint, please open a trouble ticket through your customer portal
or Contact Us here.
Acceptance of Privacy Policy Terms. Wave reserves the right to change this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted
to this page as soon as reasonably possible, so please check this page periodically. Use of the Wave Web Site constitutes
consent to any policy then in effect. Please make sure that you read Wave's Terms of Use to understand additional terms
